Weebit Nano (ASX:WBT) achieved the Automotive Electronics Council -Q100 150 degrees Celsius qualification for its resistive random-access memory (ReRAM) module in SkyWater Technology's 130-nanometer complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor process, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

This qualification confirms the quality and reliability of Weebit's ReRAM non-volatile memory technology for high-temperature automotive applications, the filing said.

The module passed key tests, including program/erase endurance, data retention, and high-temperature operating life, using a one-transistor, one-resistor cell architecture, the filing added.

It demonstrated stability at 150 Degrees Celsius for up to 100,000 endurance cycles, making it suitable for automotive electronics, the company said.

The company's shares fell almost 4% in recent Tuesday trade.
