Adds new items, updates futures

March 13 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Thursday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.11%.

* IG GROUP: British online trading platform IG Group IGG.L reported a 12% jump in third-quarter revenue, helped by more active clients, and forecast meeting consensus expectations for 2025.

* JOHN LEWIS: Retailer John Lewis Partnership reported a trebling in annual profit, driven by a better performance in its food business, and forecast further growth this year.

* DELIVEROO: Meal delivery company Deliveroo ROO.L reported its first year of profit and positive free cash flow in 2024 and said it expected to deliver more growth this year.

* SAVILLS: Global real estate advisor Savills SVS.L expects a continued back-to-office push to help transaction volumes in 2025, after it posted better than expected annual profit.

* DFS FURNITURE: DFS Furniture DFSD.L said it expects to report annual profit above market expectations, driven by robust sales, effective cost management and the assumption that there would be no further supply chain disruptions.

* HELIOS TOWERS: Helios Towers HTWS.L said it expects its 2025 core earnings to be between $460 million and $470 million.

* RIO TINTO: JPMorgan Chase JPM.N holds a 5.36% stake in Australia's mining conglomerate Rio Tinto RIO.L, RIO.AX, an exchange filing showed.

* HOUSING: Britain's housing market had its slowest month in more than a year in February, a survey showed.

* BEAZLEY: Beazley BEZG.L has recruited Lindsay Shipper as its new North America head of commercial property, sources told Reuters.

* COMMODITIES: Oil prices slipped, Gold prices edged higher and London metals were mostly down.

* EX-DIVS: Rank Group PLC RNK.L and Treatt PLC TET.L will trade without entitlement to its latest dividend pay-out on Thursday.
