Williams-Sonoma's board has raised the retailer's quarterly dividend by 16%, to 66 cents a share from 57 cents.
The new payout, equal to $2.64 a year, represents an annual yield of about 1.53%, based on Tuesday's closing price of $172.28, up from 1.32%.
The San Francisco company on Wednesday said the increased dividend is payable May 24 to shareholders of record April 17.
