BH Global (SGX:BQN) appointed Ong Boon Lee and Jimmy of A Garanzia LLP as joint liquidators for the voluntary winding-up of its subsidiary, Omnisense Systems, following a creditors' meeting on March 14, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The company will transfer certain Omnisense assets and businesses to its unit Infravision Technology, which won a March 17 auction. The transfer takes effect on March 19, with proceeds used to settle intercompany debts.

BH Global will increase Infravision Technology's capital to SG$1 million from SG$100 through cash and asset transfers.
