Henderson Investment's (HKG:0097) subsidiary Unicorn Stores (HK) signed a three-year tenancy agreement with Link Properties for premises at Lok Fu Estate, Kowloon, for HK$57 million.
The agreement, which runs from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028, requires a base rent of HK$1.7 million monthly plus turnover rent at 5.8% of income.
The contract enables the tenant to continue operating its UNY department store and supermarket, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
