PlaySide Studios (ASX:PLY) Chief Strategy Officer Benn Skender will assume the role of chief executive officer, effective Thursday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

Skender will succeed CEO and Managing Director Gerry Sakkas, who will remain with the company as a creative and executive director, the filing said.
