Sino-Ocean Group Holding (HKG:3377) recorded contracted sales of around 990 million yuan in February, with a gross floor area of 76,900 square meters, a Friday bourse filing said.

The property company's average monthly selling price was about 12,900 yuan per square meter.

For the first two months of 2025, the recorded contracted sales were 2.88 billion yuan, with contracted sales of GFA amounting to about 171,700 square meters. The average monthly selling price stood at about 16,800 yuan per square meter for the period.

The company's share prices were up by about 2% at the close of trading.
