Emmerson Resources (ASX:ERM) has appointed Mark Connelly as Non-Executive Chair, effective March 21, according to a Monday Australian bouse filing.

The company's founding Non-Executive Chair Andrew Mcllwain will transition to the role of non-executive Director and intends to step down from the board following the transition period, expected for completion no later than June 30.
