Earnings per share at the restaurant operator decreased to 0.34 yuan from 0.46 yuan in the previous year.
Revenue declined 4.4% to 2.05 billion yuan from 1.96 billion yuan a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of 2.15 yuan per 10 shares, or 0.215 yuan per share, payable June 5 to shareholders on record as of May 21.
