Infomedia (ASX:IFM) said Chair Jon Brett resigned, effective immediately, due to health reasons, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Non-Executive Director Jim Hassell will succeed Brett as interim chair while the company searches for a new independent chair, the filing said.
