IREIT Global (SGX:8U7U) secured voting undertakings from joint sponsors Tikehau Capital and City Developments (SGX:C09) subsidiary City Strategic Equity, along with its manager, to support the proposed repositioning of the Berlin Campus, known as Project RE:O, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The joint sponsors and manager, which hold about 50% of IREIT's units, have agreed not to sell or transfer their holdings until the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), set within six months of the agreement.
