Far East Orchard (SGX:O10) said its joint venture, Toga Far East Hotels (TFE Hotels), reported a cybersecurity incident affecting its networks, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

TFE Hotels is working with cyber experts to restore back-end systems, with many hotel systems already back online. Hotel teams are still serving guests, with some support handled manually.

Far East Orchard holds an effective 35% stake in Toga Hotel Holdings Unit Trust, which owns TFE Hotels. The company said the incident has not affected its own networks.
