Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) completed the divestment of a property located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia named Linfox, for 71 million ringgit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The property comprises a single story warehouse and a double story office and has a net lettable area of 17,984 square meters.

The divestment is part of the trust's strategy to rejuvenate its portfolio.

Following the divestment, the total portfolio stands at 180 properties while assets under manager is SG$13.3 billion.

Shares of the trust were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
