Computer Age Management Services (NSE:CAMS, BOM:543232) said its subsidiary, CAMS Insurance Repository Services (CAMSREP), has signed an agreement with Life Insurance Corporation of India (NSE:LICI, BOM:543526) to provide insurance repository services.
Policies of LIC can now be issued in electronic format through e-Insurance Accounts opened with CAMSREP, the filing said.
CAMSREP manages over 10 million electronic policies and operates Bima Central, a platform for policy management and servicing, according to the filing.
