Nera Telecommunications Unit Settles Lease Dispute with Former Landlord

Nera Telecommunications' (SGX:N01) wholly owned subsidiary, Nera Malaysia, settled a lease dispute with its former landlord, Great One Coconut Products Industries, for 250,000 ringgit, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The settlement includes a 189,000 ringgit deposit and a 61,000 ringgit cash payment.

Both parties will withdraw claims, and the settlement is not expected to affect the group's earnings or operations for 2025.
