SEALSQ (LAES) has agreed to acquire a 30% equity interest in blockchain technology firm WeCanGroup, the companies said Monday.

SEALSQ, its parent WISeKey, and WeCanGroup will integrate their Web 3.0 and post-quantum cryptographic technologies under the terms of the deal.

SEALSQ shares were up 6.7% in recent premarket activity Monday.
