Shi Donghong has resigned as Changsha Broad Homes Industrial's (HKG:2163) chief financial officer, effective Thursday, March 20, due to work adjustment, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Shi will remain an executive director, deputy general manager, secretary to the board, and joint company secretary of the firm.
The construction company is currently in the process of identifying a "suitable candidate" for the position and will make further announcements as and when needed.
