Monolithic Power Systems (MPWR) shares were up 0.9% in recent Thursday trading after the company raised its Q1 revenue guidance.
The company said it now expects Q1 revenue of $630 million to $640 million, up from a prior outlook of $610 million to $630 million provided on Feb. 6.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $620.6 million.
