Gemdale Properties and Investment (HKG:0535) swung to an attributable loss of 4.57 billion yuan in 2024 from a profit of 342.7 million yuan in 2023, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The property company swung to a loss per share of 0.2751 yuan from earnings per share of 0.0206 yuan in the previous year.
Revenue declined 24% to 13.2 billion yuan from 17.5 billion yuan a year earlier.
