CARE Ratings downgraded its rating on Orient Press' (NSE:ORIENTLTD, BOM:526325) long-term bank financing to BB from BB+, according to an Indian bourse filing on Saturday.
Rating on the commercial printing company's short-term bank financing was also lowered to A4 from A4+, the filing said.
The rating outlook remains stable.
