Mastermyne Group (ASX:MYE) said the Australian Securities Exchange has lifted the requirement for quarterly reporting, and it will no longer lodge Appendix 4C quarterly reports going forward, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company will be reporting its full-year financial report in August, the filing said.
The company's shares rose 13% in recent Tuesday trade.
