GoPro Chief Executive Nicholas Woodman will waive his salary for the remainder of the year in an effort to reduce the company's operating expenses.
Woodman's base salary was $850,000 in 2023, according to the company's most recent proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. His total compensation for that year, including stock awards and bonuses, was $5.7 million.
The wearable-camera maker's Tuesday filing didn't include mention of Woodman's stock awards or bonus for 2025.
GoPro previously disclosed plans to reduce operating expenses by nearly 30% this year. The effort comes as part of the company's broader goal to return to growth and profitability in 2026.
The company's plan to limit expenses has included improving operational efficiencies and diversifying its supply chain outside of China, it said in February.
