Brambles (ASX:BXB), through its subsidiary Brambles USA, priced its offering of 500 million euros in green bonds due 2033 with a coupon rate of 3.625%, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The notes are being offered under Brambles' European medium-term note program. Settlement is expected on April 2.
Proceeds will be used to finance and/or refinance Brambles' portfolio of eligible green assets as outlined in its green finance framework, per the filing.
