Nissin Foods' (HKG:1475) attributable profit fell to HK$201.0 million in 2024 from HK$333.1 million in 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the food manufacturer decreased to HK$0.1926 from HK$0.3163 in the previous year.
Revenue inched down to HK$3.81 billion from HK$3.83 billion a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.0963 per share and a special dividend of HK$0.0619 per share, both payable June 27 to shareholders on record as of June 16.
Shares jumped 1% during Wednesday's late morning trading.
