TerraSky (TYO:3915) has transferred 1,303 shares (55.5% stake) in its subsidiary Sky365 to BeeX, another TerraSky subsidiary, for 128 million yen, effective April 1, according to a Monday bourse filing.

The move aims to enhance BeeX's AWS Managed Service Provider (MSP) certification compliance by integrating Sky365's specialized MSP services, ensuring closer collaboration and improved service quality.

Sky365, which reported a net loss of 5 million yen in fiscal 2024, will become a consolidated subsidiary of BeeX, while TerraSky retains a 10% stake.
