Lazard (LAZ) and Arini Capital Management said Tuesday they have allied on direct lending offerings for borrowers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The companies said the partnership expands Lazard's debt advisory services and provides clients access to flexible financing options.

Arini will benefit from Lazard's origination network for mid-cap borrowers, supporting the launch of Arini's European Direct Lending strategy, the companies said.
