Chinese toluene derivative products provider Wuhan Youji's (HKG:2881) wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Youji Industries signed a lease agreement with Wuhan Twin Tigers Coatings for the lease of two properties.
The 10-year lease, valid from July 14, 2025, to July 13, 2035, covers a resin workshop spread across 10,146 square meters and an intermediate tank area of 8,431.5 square meters, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Wuhan Youji will pay a monthly rent of 186,597.25 yuan, inclusive of tax, to Wuhan Twin Tigers Coatings, it said.
Shares of Wuhan Youji rose more than 1% at market close on Thursday.
