Charter Hall Wholesale Management, in its capacity as trustee of a Charter Hall managed trust jointly owned by Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) and Host-Plus, has completed its compulsory acquisition of Hotel Property Investments, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Accordingly, Charter Hall Wholesale Management is now the registered holder of 100% of Hotel Property's securities, per the filing.
