First Pacific's (HKG:0142) attributable profit rose 20% to $600.3 million in 2024 from $501.2 million in 2023, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the conglomerate increased to $0.1414 from $0.1181 in the previous year.
Turnover declined 4.3% to $10.1 billion from $10.5 billion a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.135 per share, payable July 3 to shareholders on record as of June 24.
Shares rose 3% during Friday's afternoon trading.
