Apcotex Industries to Acquire 26% Stake in Opera Vayu Narmada

Apcotex Industries (NSE:APCOTEXIND, BOM:523694) said its board approved signing a power purchase agreement and a share subscription-cum-shareholders agreement with Opera Vayu Narmada, according to a Thursday filing.

As part of the deal, the company will acquire a minimum 26% stake in Opera Vayu Narmada by subscribing to equity shares with a face value of 10 Indian rupees each for a total investment of 33.8 million rupees, the filing said.
