Gryphon Capital Income Trust's (ASX:GCI) responsible entity One Managed Investment Funds said that the trust's entitlement offer and shortfall offer were fully subscribed and raised its maximum potential amount of around AU$209.7 million in total at an offer price of AU$2 per new fully-paid ordinary unit, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Both existing and new investors participated in the offer.
The trust will issue 104.9 new units, consisting of 27 million new units under the entitlement offer and 77.8 million new units under the shortfall offer.
The trust's manager will invest the funds in a portfolio of Australian debt securities, including residential-backed mortgage securities and asset-backed securities.
The trust's shares rose almost 1% in recent trading on Thursday.
