Wei Yuan Holdings (HKG:1343) said its unit, Wee Guan Construction, accepted an SG$18.6 million lease offer from JTC Corporation for premises at 18 Chin Bee Drive, Singapore, according to a Thursday filing on the Hong Kong Exchange.

The lease, starting April 26, covers 9,861.8 square meters of industrial land and 8,635 square meters of factory buildings. Wee Guan Construction plans to use the site for vehicle repair, maintenance, and parking.

JTC will hand over the site two months before the lease begins.

Wee Guan Construction must install solar panels within two years to meet green standards. Shareholders will vote on the deal at an extraordinary general meeting.
