GLP J-REIT (TYO:3281) will acquire the fifth preferred securities issued by Acacia Special Purpose Company for 112 million yen, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The acquisition, scheduled for March 28, will be funded with cash on hand.
The total planned issuance of preferred securities by Acacia SPC has been adjusted, with the sixth issuance reduced to 131 million yen from 152 million yen and the seventh issuance increased to 1.36 billion yen from 1.32 billion yen.
The total issuance across all seven rounds is expected to reach 1.92 billion yen, or about 20.1% of the total preferred securities issued and to be issued by the SPC.
