Graphex Group (HKG:6128) has renewed its unsecured revolving loan facility extended to Earthasia Worldwide Holdings with an amount of HK$21 million and the same annual interest rate of 12%, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Under the sixth renewal agreement signed on March 27, the facility remains available from April 1, 2025, to Dec. 31, 2027. The borrower may draw and repay funds within a one-year term.

The outstanding loan balance of the borrower currently stands at HK$10.8 million. Graphex expects the facility to generate reasonable interest income.
