Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (SGX:JYEU) will issue 9,376,132 new units at an issue price of SG$0.4968, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The new units will be issued pursuant to the distribution reinvestment plan for the distribution of SG$0.017951 per unit from July 1, 2024, to Dec. 31, 2024.

Trading in the new units commenced on March 28.

Shares of the REIT were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
