McPherson's (ASX:MCP) said its McPherson's Consumer Products subsidiary entered into a pharmacy wholesaler agreement with Symbion for a three-year term starting on June 1, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Under the group's new operating model announced on Feb. 24, the current annual revenue of about AU$10 million to AU$15 million from retailers, previously serviced through the direct-to-store model, will now be serviced through its wholesale relationship with Symbion.
The company's shares were up nearly 1% in recent Thursday trade.
