The Hong Kong Stock Exchange said Xiwang Special Steel (HKG:1266) will be delisted, effective March 31 at 9 am, according to a Wednesday disclosure by the bourse.

The steel company's trading had been suspended since Sept. 4, 2023. The bourse's Listing Committee decided on March 14 to cancel its listing after the company failed to comply with the resumption requirements by March 5.
