Traws Pharma (TRAW) late Friday said Werner Cautreels will retire as chief executive officer after the biopharmaceutical company completes and files its 2024 annual report, expected by Monday.
Cautreels will be succeeded on an interim basis by Iain D. Dukes, Traws board chair. Dukes will continue as board chair.
Cautreels also will remain a member of the Traws board and work as a special adviser at the company over the next 12 months, it said.
