ESR-REIT Completes Divestment of Singapore Property

ESR-REIT (SGX:J91U) completed the divestment of 79 Tuas South Street 5 in Singapore for a sale consideration of about SG$9.9 million, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The divestment was carried out at 1.5% premium to valuation.

The property is a general industrial building within the Tuas Industrial Estate and has a gross floor area of 6,312 square meters.

Following the completion of the divestment, the REIT portfolio will have 71 properties located across Singapore, Australia, and Japan.
