Westgold Resources (ASX:WGX) revised Chief Executive Wayne Bramwell's fixed remuneration to AU$925,000 per annum, following an independent market and peer review, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company will also issue Bramwell 1.5 million retention shares in three tranches, subject to specified performance criteria and shareholder approval at the annual general meeting, the filing said.
