1157 GMT - Previous disagreements over trade tariffs haven't violated NATO's Article 2--which seeks to eliminate conflict among members in international economic policies--, the alliance's Secretary-General Mark Rutte says, after being repeatedly pressed by journalists to comment on the U.S. levies at a press conference in Brussels.
