OFS Credit (OCCI) maintained monthly cash distributions at $0.115 for its common stock through July.
The distribution next month will be on May 30 to investors of record May 20, the company said Thursday in a statement.
The June distribution will be payable June 30 to investors of record June 20, and the July distribution will be paid on July 31 to investors of record July 21.
