Beijing SPC Environment Protection Tech (SHE:002573) plans to publicly list and transfer 57% equity in Xuancheng Fuwang Metal Materials on the Southwest United Equity Exchange, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.
Xuancheng Fuwang, which collects and re-processes waste from copper, non-ferrous metals and other resources, is a subsidiary of the flue gas desulfurization equipment manufacturer's wholly-owned unit, Beijing Qingxin Environmental Protection Technology.
The listing price, which is yet to be finalized, will not be lower than the appraised value, the filing said.
