Endurance Technologies' Subsidiary Completes 60% Acquisition of German Firms

Endurance Technologies (NSE:ENDURANCE, BOM:540153) said its subsidiary, Endurance Overseas, has completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in German firms Stöferle and Stöferle Automotive, according to a Wednesday filing with the Indian bourses.

The deal worth 37.7 million euros was completed on April 2, after receiving final antitrust approval, the filing said.

The two German firms are now direct subsidiaries of Endurance Overseas and step-down subsidiaries of Endurance Technologies.
