Mid Penn Bancorp (MPB) and William Penn (WMPN) said late Wednesday that their respective shareholders have approved Mid Penn's proposed acquisition of William Penn.
Mid Penn is expected to have $6.3 billion in assets on a pro forma basis following the deal's closing, the companies said.
