Financial services company Walnut Capital (HKG:0905) entered into an agreement with Waterdrip Investment to cooperate and jointly invest in relevant projects, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Waterdrip will also provide various services to the firm, including negotiating with and establishing cooperative relationships with project counterparties, as well as project development and implementation.

Waterdrip is involved in the web3.0 and blockchain niches.
