0915 ET - Slim Jim maker Conagra reports a bigger 3Q sales drop than analysts had been projecting due to supply chain disruptions it disclosed back in February. The company cites manufacturing issues at the plant that prepares chicken for its frozen meals and a surge of consumption in its frozen vegetables segment that depleted its inventories. Both issues dented volumes for the quarter, though analysts had been anticipating volume headwinds. That may be why shares have only fallen 2.1% to $25.82 premarket against a broad market selloff related to President Trump's tariff announcements. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
