Wang On Properties (HKG:1243) recorded contracted sales of around HK$854 million for the fiscal fourth quarter, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The total contracted sales area for the three months ended March 31 was about 45,200 square feet.

For the year ended March 31, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly HK$3.35 billion and 136,000 square feet, respectively.
