CARE Ratings retained its AA rating on Max Healthcare Institute's (NSE:MAXHEALTH, BOM:543220) long-term bank facilities and A1+ rating on the hospital chain's short-term bank financing, according to a Tuesday filing with the Indian exchanges.

The rating outlook is stable, the filing said.
