Gemdale Properties and Investment (HKG:0535) recorded contracted sales of around 943 million yuan in March, with a contracted sales area of 71,200 square meters, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The property company's average selling price for the month was approximately 13,200 yuan per square meter.

From January to March, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 2.40 billion yuan and 181,300 square meters, respectively.
